Classic Pizza Dough


6 cups of high protein plain flour
5 tsp of dry yeast added directly to flour without water
5 tbs olive oil
1 tsp of salt
3 tbs of powder milk
3 tbs of soy flour
2 tbs of gluten flour
1 tbs of sugar
1.5 cups of warm water


1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

2. Add warm water and stir.

3. Knead by hand or with a dough hook & mixer.

4. After rising for at least 2 hours at room temperature, divide into 8-10 balls.

5. Knead each ball and place in a large container with lid on.

6. The dough will keep its shape for the entire day.
